About the job

The position is: A part-time temporary position averaging 21.95 hours/week expected to last until 2026-06-09, but with a chance for extension.

Start date: 2026-01-12 or as agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Södertälje Weda! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You will unpack goods and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You will ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You will help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.
• Once you have been working for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.

About you

• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
